Saturday morning and garage door would not open. Called previous service company without receiving a response. I searched the local companies and Precision was highlighted and had received positive reviews with 5 stars. And, they were open on Saturday. After calling, I was assured I would receive service between 10 and noon with a call when the technician was on the way. All of this happened as promised. Chris arrived: he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He explained every step he would perform; gave me service level options at reasonable costs and then delivered. He thanked me for the business!! when he solved my problems. Plus, a 7 year guarantee on the parts used to repair my garage door back to reliable working order. I recommend Precision.

4.24.2025 Our initial call was like a week ago. Chris was the Opie Taylor looking kid that showed up. I really liked him. He was knowledgeable, and explained the options so I could understand. The estimate he left me with seemed very reasonable and I asked him to call me this week to set up install. Chris showed up on time and got right to work. In no time at all he had openers installed on both doors. He listened to my jokes and stories. Chris is super cool, according to my grandson, who talked almost non-stop with him. I referred him to my neighbor and she is getting Chris to install an opener on her garage door too. I highly recommend this company and Chris. He's welcome to stop by anytime.

Jeremiah was very prompt on our scheduled estimate time and very thorough on reviewing the existing conditions and providing me with a proposal and details of the coverage. I was provided approximate dates for arrival of the new door and then provided with updates through the week. He was then the installer that came for the final removal of old and installation of the new. He worked through the entire installation process explaining the process as he moved forward. The installation was completed in a timely fashion with all debris removed and the area cleaned. The entire process was well handled from start to finish. Definitely recommend for professionalism.

Heading out the door to work at 7am and my garage door came off the tracks. I did a internet search for someone that could drive out to Carlos and Precision Garage Door didn't hesitate. I called at 0730 and they said between 0800 and 1000 someone would be there. Chris and Jeremiah arrived around 0830 and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality work they provided.
