Called this morning to get new torque springs on our double garage door, got a call, set it up for today. Frank called, asked if I was available now, and said ABSOLUTELY Frank was kind, courteous, explained in full detail as to the shape the garage door in, no pressure, and an all around great guy. He installed 2 springs, with ease. It was a no brainer. Excellent customer service all around.

We found Precision through an online search and took a chance based on all the positive reviews. And I’m so glad we did because we got incredible service from start to finish! We needed some significant work done on our garage door (opener, springs, rollers, etc.) and the experience with Precision was both fast and excellent.
