Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I was surprised to have a choice of three packages. I just needed a new spring that broke. Calling a $600 dollar package the bandaid pkg was really expensive on our tight budget. The owner is super nice but didn’t like this type of service. Then we had to go buy a new garage door opener. I feel the gear was stripped from over pushing the opener manual button. I have had many homes and was never given a choice of fix it packages.
