First I called another company and they promised to come out the next day. They did not show and never called. That’s been over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from them. I called you and your company reached out and scheduled an appointment, called twice to give me updates and arrived on the day and time you were scheduled to be here. Frank was our tech, and he did an awesome job installing the new equipment, cleaning up after himself, and explained everything thoroughly. Very nice, thorough young man. I will refer others in need of door work to call your.

I've used another garage door repair company in town - they were ok, but I wasn't motivated to use them again for this repair. I Googled and saw Precision. I had used Precision back when I was in Austin (another franchise) and was happy with their work, so to learn they were now here in Bryan, I opted to give them a try again. I'm so happy that I did. Response was timely and handled well - from the scheduling phone call to the actual service by Logan. I appreciated the constant communication about my appointment, the kindness and thoughtfulness that Logan demonstrated throughout the process. Of course he provided up-sell options, but there was never any pushy behavior to get me to take on a more expensive sale - I just needed my door to work again, and Logan was happy to provide that service. It was done well, and in the end we are happier now than before our door failed. Turns out the spring failed – and it seems the prior company likely installed a weak spring. Our garage door used to rattle and shake, creating a lot of noise, it was terrible. With our new Precision spring, it's like butter! The door runs quietly (as quiet as a garage door can), it's smooth, the house doesn't rattle and shake - while it was just a repair, it feels like we got an upgrade! We got the repair we needed, nothing that we didn't need, and the end result is something better than we had before. Very happy with our service, and so glad to have a Precision Garage Door Service in our area now.

The service was fantastic, same day repair, pricing exactly what a quick internet search said it should be. Being able to schedule my appointment online. Logan was great, called me to confirm my appointment, called to let me know he was on his way. He reviewed everything with me, what a great employee and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any garage door work.

Very happy with the service we received from Precision! Very prompt with communication, arrived on earlier than expected and our technician was very polite and efficient. Frank checked everything to make sure there weren't any additional issues that needed attention, and got to work repairing our door straight away. Took less than 2hrs from when I made the appointment to our door being repaired. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs!

Called this morning to get new torque springs on our double garage door, got a call, set it up for today. Frank called, asked if I was available now, and said ABSOLUTELY Frank was kind, courteous, explained in full detail as to the shape the garage door in, no pressure, and an all around great guy. He installed 2 springs, with ease. It was a no brainer. Excellent customer service all around.

They were on time, called to let me know when on the way, went through the (2) doors for safety concerns and found some issues with the rollers which is what probably caused the spring to break. They went above and beyond. Both men were very nice and respectful of property. Could not ask for better Crew to be at my house.

After nearly two years in my newly built home, I finally got the garage clean enough to start parking vehicles inside. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the garage door programmed. My son-in-law recommended Precision Garage Door Service, and I’m very glad he did. The afternoon after I scheduled the appointment, they called to confirm it. On the day of the appointment, they called again to confirm the time and said they would call 30 minutes before arriving. When that call came, they let me know they were on their way but were stopping to grab a drink first. They even asked if I needed a drink or if they could pick something up for me. That level of thoughtfulness and communication was impressive. The technicians were extremely professional and quickly helped get everything programmed and working properly. It was refreshing to deal with a company who truly values customer service and takes pride in their work. It’s clear they are simply hardworking people trying to make an honest living and support their families. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Five stars because there are not ten! The most impressive customer service I have experienced from any company! Brian and Frank were on time having alerted me of their arrival time. They worked tirelessly on a heavy old door that still had life in it. Rest assured we will refer your company as often as possible.
