I chose your business strictly on the reviews I read. I am very glad I did. From the time the phone was answered through setting the appointment everything was professional and seamless. Logan texted when he was on his way and sent a bio and picture of himself so that we would know it was him when he arrived. Logan was very thorough on his complete inspection. We did have to have a new opener because the mother board on the original had worn out. The opener we chose was based on the descriptions of the three available. I was expecting to have to have another appointment for the installation but that wasn't the case as Logan had what we chose on his truck. The installation went well and the training on using it was great. Thank you for your professional staff and technicians.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I submitted a repair request on a Saturday morning, and Logan was at my home that same afternoon. He did a great job explaining the problem with my garage door in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions. First I called another company and they promised to come out the next day. They did not show and never called. That’s been over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from them. I've used another garage door repair company in town - they were ok, but I wasn't motivated to use them again for this repair. I Googled and saw Precision. I had used Precision back when I was in Austin (another franchise) and was happy with their work, so to learn they were now here in Bryan, I opted to give them a try again. I'm so happy that I did. Response was timely and handled well - from the scheduling phone call to the actual service by Logan. I appreciated the constant communication about my appointment, the kindness and thoughtfulness that Logan demonstrated throughout the process. Of course he provided up-sell options, but there was never any pushy behavior to get me to take on a more expensive sale - I just needed my door to work again, and Logan was happy to provide that service. It was done well, and in the end we are happier now than before our door failed. Turns out the spring failed – and it seems the prior company likely installed a weak spring. Our garage door used to rattle and shake, creating a lot of noise, it was terrible. With our new Precision spring, it's like butter! The door runs quietly (as quiet as a garage door can), it's smooth, the house doesn't rattle and shake - while it was just a repair, it feels like we got an upgrade! We got the repair we needed, nothing that we didn't need, and the end result is something better than we had before. Very happy with our service, and so glad to have a Precision Garage Door Service in our area now.

After nearly two years in my newly built home, I finally got the garage clean enough to start parking vehicles inside. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the garage door programmed. My son-in-law recommended Precision Garage Door Service, and I’m very glad he did. The afternoon after I scheduled the appointment, they called to confirm it. On the day of the appointment, they called again to confirm the time and said they would call 30 minutes before arriving. When that call came, they let me know they were on their way but were stopping to grab a drink first. They even asked if I needed a drink or if they could pick something up for me. That level of thoughtfulness and communication was impressive. The technicians were extremely professional and quickly helped get everything programmed and working properly. It was refreshing to deal with a company who truly values customer service and takes pride in their work.
