After nearly two years in my newly built home, I finally got the garage clean enough to start parking vehicles inside. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the garage door programmed. My son-in-law recommended Precision Garage Door Service, and I’m very glad he did. The afternoon after I scheduled the appointment, they called to confirm it. On the day of the appointment, they called again to confirm the time and said they would call 30 minutes before arriving. When that call came, they let me know they were on their way but were stopping to grab a drink first. They even asked if I needed a drink or if they could pick something up for me. That level of thoughtfulness and communication was impressive. The technicians were extremely professional and quickly helped get everything programmed and working properly. It was refreshing to deal with a company who truly values customer service and takes pride in their work. It’s clear they are simply hardworking people trying to make an honest living and support their families. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Chris & the crew (2 trainees) did a great job replacing our garage door opener. They were very professional. We called 1 day & the next day they came. We could not open our garage door so we were trapped. Another Chris came the following day & replaced the rollers as they were not available the day before. Both times the men were very courteous. We found Precision through an online search and took a chance based on all the positive reviews. And I’m so glad we did because we got incredible service from start to finish! We needed some significant work done on our garage door (opener, springs, rollers, etc.) and the experience with Precision was both fast and excellent. Excellent, fast service. Chris came out within an hour of our call. Prompt, courteous, professional service. He called when on the way and when he arrived. We had an estimate from another repair company to replace the motor, (that just did not sound right), Precision fixed the issue for the price of the service call and saved us a ton of money. Honest service is hard to come by and Precision is where you can find it. I cannot say enough about the quality and care of their service and Chris is Top Notch! Precision will be our Garage Door company going forward.

Saturday morning and garage door would not open. Called previous service company without receiving a response. I searched the local companies and Precision was highlighted and had received positive reviews with 5 stars. And, they were open on Saturday. After calling, I was assured I would receive service between 10 and noon with a call when the technician was on the way. All of this happened as promised. Chris arrived: he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He explained every step he would perform; gave me service level options at reasonable costs and then delivered. He thanked me for the business!! when he solved my problems. Plus, a 7 year guarantee on the parts used to repair my garage door back to reliable working order. I recommend Precision.
