Excellent service! When my garage door failed, I found Precision on the internet and called about noon to see if they serviced my area (Fayette County). They informed me that they did and would have a technician contact me. The technician called and set up an appointment that afternoon. They arrived on time and replaced my old garage door opener with a new LiftMaster. The two technicians were very efficient and friendly. It was a very good experience, and I would recommend Precision to anyone needing their services.

First I called another company and they promised to come out the next day. They did not show and never called. That’s been over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from them. I called you and your company reached out and scheduled an appointment, called twice to give me updates and arrived on the day and time you were scheduled to be here. Frank was our tech, and he did an awesome job installing the new equipment, cleaning up after himself, and explained everything thoroughly. Very nice, thorough young man. I will refer others in need of door work to call your.

4.24.2025 Our initial call was like a week ago. Chris was the Opie Taylor looking kid that showed up. I really liked him. He was knowledgeable, and explained the options so I could understand. The estimate he left me with seemed very reasonable and I asked him to call me this week to set up install. Chris showed up on time and got right to work. In no time at all he had openers installed on both doors. He listened to my jokes and stories. Chris is super cool, according to my grandson, who talked almost non-stop with him. I referred him to my neighbor and she is getting Chris to install an opener on her garage door too. I highly recommend this company and Chris. He's welcome to stop by anytime.
